A starter setup is installed for you: the current academic year, NCTB classes Play to Ten with a section each, subjects per class, the Bangladesh GPA scale, fee heads with tuition and a period plan.

Common questions
Is our data safe?+
Each institution's data is kept separate from every other account. Staff sign in with their own mobile number and password and only see what their role allows, and important actions are recorded in an audit log.
Can we use it fully in Bangla?+
Yes. Every screen, report card, receipt and certificate is available in Bangla. Each user picks Bangla or English for themselves.
How do we pay for it?+
Pay monthly or yearly by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. You can use everything free for 30 days before paying anything.
Will someone train our staff?+
Most offices are comfortable within a day. Call or WhatsApp us and we will walk you and your staff through the setup.
We keep everything in Excel. Can we move it in?+
Yes. Save your student list from Excel as CSV and import it in one go. The starter classes, subjects and fee heads save you most of the remaining setup.
Do we need to install anything?+
No. It runs in the web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Printing works with any printer your computer can use.
