Pay yearly: 10 months' price for 12 months
- Above 800: ৳5/student/month
- Minimum ৳1,000/month
- Setup fee ৳5,000 — waived when you pay yearly
- 6 SMS per student a year included; extra SMS ৳0.50 (non-masking) or ৳0.80 (masking)

Questions about payment
How do we pay?+
By bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, monthly or for the whole year. Most schools pay for the year: it costs less and has no setup fee.
What counts as an active student?+
Every student currently enrolled at your institution. Students who have left, passed out or transferred are not counted, so the bill follows your real numbers.
What happens after the free trial?+
You keep everything you set up. Choose a plan before the 30 days end and carry on without a break.
Is SMS included in the price?+
Yes, a yearly SMS allowance per student is included (see each plan). Extra SMS are billed at the rates shown, or you can connect your own SMS gateway and pay it directly. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta.
What if our number of students changes?+
Your price follows your active students. Add or remove students any time; the next bill uses the new count. More campuses? Move to the multi-campus plan and your data stays as it is.
Is there a setup fee?+
On monthly billing there is a one-time setup fee (shown with each plan). It is waived when you pay for a year. The starter setup and help moving your data in are part of it.
Do the prices include VAT?+
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice at the government rate.
Can we pay once instead of every month?+
Yes, with the one-time licence for your own server. It has no support or updates included; hosting and support from us is an optional yearly add-on.
